HANDLING TIME

Made to Order Items: Our production lead time is 10 – 12 business days after payment confirmation.
Ready to Ship Items: The handling time is 3 business days after payment confirmation. 

We always keep a small stock of ready to ship so if you are looking for immediate delivery items, please visit our Ready to ship page.
Please allow additional handling time if you would like to add services such as resizing, engraving, or special gemstones sourcing.

 

INSURED AND DISCREETING PACKAGING

In order for insurance to be valid, we “double box” our shipment, and our insured shipping box won’t give away what’s inside and your package will be sealed with clear tape over the top of the box and around the flap closures.

Please closely examine the package upon receipt.

 

FREE SHIPPING

We’re proud to offer free insured shipping service for all orders over US$1,000 worldwide.
We ship almost all international packages via FedEx International Priority.

Delivery fee will be charged for the orders under US$1,000. Please check the shipping rate at checkout.

Please note that correct address for delivery is required. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Paying by PayPal, we will only deliver the items to the address listed within PayPal.

All shipments are insured for the full value of the package and require a signature upon delivery. Please make arrangements for someone to be at the shipping destination. The courier may send you an email asking you to complete a form to submit with your local customs authority, please make sure you provide correct email address.  

Lilly M. JEWELERS is committed to the timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.

Please note that customer is responsible for all import duties, fees, taxes, and their local country charge.

 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

Your tracking information will be emailed to you. You will receive a Notification of your Tracking from Lilly M. JEWELERS.
