For orders paid via PayPal, shipments must be sent to the confirmed address associated with your PayPal account.

Bank Wire Transfer

For payments made via bank wire transfer, please allow 2–3 business days for funds to be reflected in our account. Your order will be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

To confirm an order, full payment in advance is required.
For made-to-order, customized, or personalized creations, production will begin once payment has been successfully received.
An order is considered confirmed only upon payment authorization and receipt.

For purchases made directly through our website, import duties and taxes are covered by Lilly M. JEWELERS in accordance with our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping policy, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.
