RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Lilly M Jewelers, each creation is crafted
with the utmost care and attention to detail.
We are committed to ensuring a refined and
seamless experience for every client.
We are pleased to offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned pieces must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, accompanied by the original packaging. Lilly M JEWELERS Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or abuse of the return policy.
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
- Resized or altered items
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
-Specially reserved items
As these creations are uniquely prepared for each client, they cannot be restocked.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.
If your piece arrives in less than perfect condition or does not correspond to the agreed description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
**Claims submitted beyond the stated timeframe may not be eligible for review.
This includes items affected by manufacturing defects or those that are materially different from their confirmed specifications.
Upon verification, we will be pleased to offer an appropriate resolution, including repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

Step 2 — Repackaging
Please securely repackage your item(s), preferably using the original double-box packaging provided.
Kindly ensure the piece is carefully protected to maintain its condition during transit.
Please note: Do not include certificates or any original documentation inside the parcel.

Step 3 — Pick-Up Arrangement
Following approval, our team will coordinate the collection with our courier partner (FedEx/DHL).
A tracking number will be provided for your reference, and the courier will contact you directly on the scheduled pick-up day.
Kindly ensure your preferred pick-up date and time are provided in advance.
Please note: If the parcel is shipped using a different courier than arranged, Lilly M JEWELERS cannot be responsible for any loss or damage.

Step 4 — Inspection
Return parcels typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Upon arrival, our team will conduct a careful inspection within 1–2 business days.
All returns are subject to quality inspection and final approval.
Items returned in a condition other than original may be subject to adjustment or partial refund, at our discretion.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed.
Where a collection is arranged by Lilly M JEWELERS, shipment will be handled through our designated courier partner.
Returns sent via alternative couriers will not be covered for loss, damage, or delay.
Clients are required to use the shipping documentation provided. Any additional charges resulting from incorrect declaration or documentation may be deducted from the refund.
