We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Our 30 days money-back guarantee gives you time to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. - The products are damaged or corroded caused by production or transportation.
- If the customers find any stones/diamonds or any part of the items not correctly described on the website such as found synthetic stones/ imitated diamonds instead of genuine stones/natural diamonds, the return will be accepted.
- Resizing for standard ring styles
A return of this item may be initiated within 3 days of delivery* Please be advised, certain types of customizations are not eligible for returns.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on returns for the international countries due to potential taxes being levied. *In these circumstances, buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost, customs taxes/local duties.
Lilly M. JEWELERS offers SHIPPING FEE for EXCHANGE. and The customer is responsible for customs taxes/local duties.
- The following are NOT covered by 30 days return policy, and we are not liable for these issues:
- Personalized customs are one of kind, once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin the production on the personalized items, so we do not accept any modifications or returns for any personalized custom.
- Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, normal wear, by accident, improper handling, lack of care, poor maintenance, or through misuse.
- Made to orders or special orders (place over a phone call or those crafted specifically for a customer as per their request) and products that have been engraved are non-returnable and cannot be canceled once the order was confirmed.
- Personal reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc., or non-personalized custom.
- Returns without a Lilly M. JEWELERS return authorization.
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items may be returned and exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- All items must be returned in their original purchase condition including all product documentation. Please note that we will not accept any product that has been damaged and must not be resized, modified, engraved, or altered in any way. Items must be without scratches or signs of wear.
- Repack the item(s) in a secure package with all original packaging and tags, in protective plastic or tissue paper.
- When returning, customers must use the shipping method that has to track it to ensure the safety of your shipment. Returns with no tracking will not be processed. We are not responsible for lost packages, items that do not reach us.
- To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.
Eternity rings with a specific number of diamond/gemstone per finger size, milgrain, or ornate bands, some special rings cannot be resized due to their design. Please take care to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase. Please confirm with OUR RING SIZE
Custom, modified, and engraved rings are subject to resize fees.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
Step 1: Initiate your return
Sign in and go to “My Oder” on the dashboard to select the item(s) you want to return without payment.
Contact us at email@example.com to let us know of your intention to return the item(s) and return it within 3 days of delivery.
Step 2: Receive a return notification email and return shipping authorization code
Once you initiate your return (Step 1) and the request is accepted, you will receive an email titled “Notification of Your Return Progress from Lilly M. JEWELERS” within 24 hours, you will receive the return instructions and return shipping authorization code. Please clearly write your return shipping authorization code on the outside of the package you are returning.
Step 3: Pack & Ship the item(s)
Packing your order: For all returns and exchanges, include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all gemstones certificates/diamond grading reports/certificates. (US$200 replacement fee per certificate will be charged otherwise). For security reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds, or other related words anywhere on the package.
Step 4: Shipment and Insurance
We strongly recommended that you return the item(s) via FedEx International Priority and add insurance every time you ship, and you must “double box” your shipment for the insurance to be valid.
- Enclose your item(s) inside its original jewelry box and original package from your order. (If you don’t have original packaging, please include the jewelry box inside a small FedEx Priority box and seal it.)
- Place the original jewelry package or small FedEx Priority box inside the medium box.
- Place the medium box inside the larger box.
- Find and send your package at a FedEx location near you add insurance every time you ship. Insuring your return shipment for its full purchase value is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped, this receipt will act as proof of insurance.
- Send us an attached receipt and return tracking number via email.
Step 5: If you decide to use a different shipping method you can ship it back by any carrier. For your protection, please ship your item fully insured, signature required, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Lilly M. JEWELERS. Lilly M. JEWELERS is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
After the item(s) are received and our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Once entered into our system you will receive a Lilly M. JEWELERS Return Confirmation email alerting you. Please allow us two (2) weeks for processing. A refund will be reflected in your credit card statement within 7-10 business days. PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account within two (2) weeks.
Packages without a return shipping authorization number will not be accepted for refund. Return shipping authorizations are active for 3 days from the date of issue and the packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization.
Gift cards are non-transferable and refunds.
